Trading Online FX publishes forex and CFD education and links to third-party brokers and trading services. This page explains how to interpret that information and the commercial links on the site.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links are affiliate or referral links. Trading Online FX may receive compensation if you follow a link or take an action with a provider. This creates a commercial relationship and a potential conflict of interest. An affiliate link is not evidence that a broker suits your circumstances or that its service has been independently tested.
Check the provider’s own account terms, charges, legal entity and risk disclosure before deciding. Advertising and referral links should be read alongside the educational material, not as a promise of results.
Scope of the content
The guides provide general information. They do not assess your finances, objectives or suitability for leveraged trading. Examples use hypothetical prices and accounts unless a source and date say otherwise. Nothing on this site guarantees a return.
How to read broker information
A broker’s brand may cover several legal entities. Fees, available products, account protection and eligibility can vary by country, account and entity. Check the source date and verify current terms with the entity you would use.
A named provider is not automatically a recommendation or a ranking. Do not infer hands-on testing, a verified score or regulatory approval from its inclusion. Where a review reports practical testing, it should explain what was tested, the account type, dates and limitations.
Standards for new reviews and updates
- Use official fee schedules, product specifications, regulator registers and account documents for factual claims.
- Distinguish published provider information from direct observations and editorial opinion.
- Record the relevant country, entity, account type and verification date.
- Include material costs and limitations, not only benefits.
- Label advertising and disclose commercial links near relevant calls to action.
- Leave unsupported claims unscored rather than inventing a rating.
These are the standards for content prepared under this policy. Older pages may need further revision; this policy does not imply that every historical claim has been reverified.
